Shipping and Delivery

1.  Shipments in the Continental US, HI and AK.

    • Free Ground Shipping shipping on orders of $50 or more.
    • $4.95 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on orders under $50.
    • Orders placed Monday - Friday before Noon Central time will ship the same day.
    • Orders placed after Noon Central time or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
    • Carrier Options:  USPS and UPS

     2.  Shipments to Canada – Duties and Taxes

    • Any orders shipped to Canada via UPS or FedEx (if available) will incur duties and taxes.  These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  UPS/FedEx will contact the recipient before the shipment is delivered requesting payment.    
    • Any orders shipped to Canada via US Mail will not incur duties and taxes from the US Postal Office.  However, Canadian Post may require the recipient to pay GST, or HST and PST.  Canadian Post also charges the recipient CAN$9.95 handling fee.   These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will need to be paid at the time of delivery.
    • Any orders refused because of these fees, will be refunded once the product is returned, minus shipping.
